Ceyda Cengiz the overall evaluation of Anaçev

I would like to say that it has been a great experience for me to go to Anaçev due to many reasons. First of all, it gave me the opportunity to see how it was in practise to be a teacher. I have seen that it was not easy at all. I have learned how I could manage a classroom, what students need, and how they should be treated to help them learn. Second of all, I have developped some very beneficial idea about how to teach to young learners. I have recognized what they like, how they like learning and how I can take their interest and attention to English. I have learnt how to deal with misbehaviours and how to make my voice heard by every kid. I have learnt that with kids, I should be the authority, who knows when to be serious and when to smile. Moreover, I learnt what kinds of activities are good for kids, and what is most useful and applicable for them. I can also say that I have learnt how it is to work in a private institution, what challenges and advantages wait for me if I work at such a place. All my opinions are positive about my experience and I am really glad that I went there. However, I beleive that there are a few things that can be improved. The students going there may be given more responsibility and role so that students may practise more and learn in a more effective way. The reason is that as I have noted earlier, the strictness in the institution may hinder the students to participate and benefit from that experience.
